REPORTING
Reporting systems
Scattered data becomes outputs you trust. Your team stops assembling spreadsheets and starts using them.
Built around the work
The reports, follow-ups, onboarding, content, knowledge libraries.... You shouldn't be investing your limited time managing these. Bar 9 builds custom AI systems that do that work, and we keep everything current as your business grows and AI advances.

The problem
Ignore the "AI replaced my XYZ team" hype. It's 99% b.s. The work that slows a business down is rarely flashy - or obvious. It's reporting assembled by hand, follow-up that depends on memory, content that eats too much time, or important information scattered across too many tools.
AI is only useful if it helps solve real work problems. That's what we build.
We work with you to identify the time-wasting, brain numbing work worth fixing first.
Based on those conversations, we build the right systems around your process instead of forcing it into a generic tool.
We remain involved after launch so the system keeps providing the best value and never gets stale, no matter how AI models change or your business grows.
What we build
Most of our work falls into one of these patterns. Every build also includes the orchestration layer that connects the system to the way your team already works.
REPORTING
Scattered data becomes outputs you trust. Your team stops assembling spreadsheets and starts using them.
FOLLOW-UP
Identify and route leads, trigger the next action, and surface the deals hiding in data you already own. Fewer misses caused by delay.
CONTENT
Competitor intel, market research, and client sentiment pulled from your CRM, inboxes, and Slack into one place leaders actually check. Then turn that data into blogs, social posts, and collateral that sound like you. On brand every time, reviewed by your people.
OPERATIONS
Handoffs, onboarding, and quality checks that run the same way every time. No dropped steps when someone is out or slammed.
Use Cases
These projects demonstrate the kinds of workflow problems Bar 9 AI solves, and how the work is structured.
For a national home-services brand, we built a complex social content system. It factors in a 100-plus-page brand guideline, competitor posts, stats, and a library of over a thousand images. Then the engine analyzes and matches images to each social post, and drafts on-brand content for five regions across multiple platforms. Everything lands in one review dashboard, ready for approval. Never stale, it learns from every edit the reviewer makes.
We architected and launched a multi-layered client-onboarding system for a national marketing agency. It carries a new client from signed agreement through project-management setup, Slack channel creation, and folder structure. Then it captures and summarizes months of sales conversations so the account team starts with full context. ICP research and brand identification are built in, and sample creative developed and staged for the creative team.
One of our clients, a field-sales organization, came to us to design a prospect and territory intelligence system that combines historical performance, demographic context, and field activity into a clearer decision-making tool for leadership.
Fit matters
Bar 9 is most useful for service-type businesses with a genuine workflow problem, measurable operational drag, and no internal engineering teams who can create their own systems. Core to our beliefs is not building systems to replace people, rather making your teams even better at what they do and how they do it.
